Return Policy

Return/Exchange

Any product bought from Rayyan Textiles online store can be exchanged/returned via our customer service by emailing us at rayyanfabric@gmail.com or can call us at (+92) 3102730323 along with your order ID number for our customer care representative to proceed with your request.

Rayyan Textiles offers refund policy only if the product received is faulty or damaged, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state. If the customer is unsatisfied with the received product, they only can get that product replaced/exchanged.

Note: Exchange offer is not applicable on sale/promotion products.

Note: Exchange Policy is only liable within 7 days after the goods are delivered.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before the order has been processed. Once the order has been processed and shipped.

Note: Orders can be automatically cancelled by Rayyan Textiles in case; the item is out of stock, pricing errors in the product, or if the consignee address is incomplete and/or unreachable.

Exchange Procedure

If the order is eligible for exchange/refund, you can simply return the parcel back to us and we will replace the product or refund you the amount, which ever applies on that order.

Note: Courier charges that are applied, will not be refunded.
