Free Delivery Across Pakistan We offer free delivery on all orders across Pakistan — no minimum order required and no hidden charges.
Order Processing Time Once you place your order, we process and dispatch it within 1–2 business days(Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–4 business days
- Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Please note these are estimates — occasional delays may occur due to courier conditions or public holidays.
Cash on Delivery (COD) All orders are delivered on a Cash on Delivery basis. Here's what to expect:
- Our courier will contact you before delivery to confirm your availability.
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- Payment is made directly to the courier upon receiving your order.
- Do not pay before receiving and inspecting your items.
Failed or Refused Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (no one available, incorrect address, or order refused), our courier will try to reach you. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. If you'd like to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange redelivery.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, we'll share tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
